• Rates
  All rates include full continental breakfast and free pick-up from the airport. Rates are quoted in US Dollars and do not include 15% sales federal tax, nor 2% state tax. All rates are subject to change. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Extra person 25 USD. Peak season rates apply for: November 15 to April 30th and May 1st. to November 14th.
  
  
• Deposit
  A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the moment of reservation. Or a 100 USD deposit using PayPal (at your request we will email you specific instructions).
  
  
• Payment
  Most credit cards through PayPal only. Wells Fargo Checks, and Travelers Checks, Cash.
  
  
• Children
  12 year and older. Extra person 15 USD. Children under 12 upon request.
  
  
• Check in
  Check in time is 2:00 PM. Special arrangements for late arrivals.
  
  
• Check out
  Check out time is 12:00 PM (noon). We will hold your luggage if you need to leave at a later hour.
  
  
• Breakfast
  At leisure until 11:00 AM
  
  
• Disabled facilities
  Sorry no access for wheelchairs
  
  
• Pets

• Smoking
  Smoking is allowed ONLY in outdoor areas
  
  
• Cancellation
  20-day cancellation policy is required to avoid charges. Cancellation fees are 3 nights in Peak season. One night for rest of the year. For reservations made with credit cards add a 5% cancellation fee.
